Peace & serenity at Ocean Manor

When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness.

Each room has a view of the marsh or water or both. Our large deck overlooks a spectacular salt water marsh where nature lovers will enjoy several species of protected birds and natural grasslands. Our lower deck is quiet and relaxing, surrounded by sea grass with a lovely fountain, a somewhat secluded area.

Whether you have come to Cape Cod to sun bathe, go sailing, fishing, wind surfing at Kalmus Beach, shopping or taking a day trip to the Islands, Cape Cod Ocean Manor is the place to stay.

Rates start at $120.00 and up depending on the season. A 14.45% Mass. State Room Tax is added.

Our Policy
  • Payment: We accept MC and Visa. We no longer accept personal checks. Full payment is required for 3 nights or less when reserving, and 50% on any longer stay.
  • Reservations: Advance reservations are recommended, by phone at 508-771-2186 or online.
  • Check in / out: Check in 3 PM, check out 10 AM.
  • Cancellations: Must be made two weeks before your stay.
  • Pets: We love pets, but we are not a pet friendly inn.
  • Parking: Available, limited to one car per room.
  • Quiet hours: Please limit noise after 10 PM to respect other guests.
  • No smoking: There is a designated smoking area on the lower level deck; ask us for ash trays. Please do not smoke out front or on your private balcony, as guest windows are close by.
  • Clean & careful: CDC-approved commercial grade disinfectants, staff trained to CDC and WHO cleaning protocols, more frequent cleaning of common areas, and hand sanitizer in all public areas.
